Hi everyone, I’m Marie Walton, a REALTOR® with Ebby Halliday REALTORS, and today I’m here to give you a market update for March 2024 in Plano, Texas.
Let’s dive right in. Currently, we have a 2.28 Months Supply of Inventory in Plano. This means that if no new homes were listed, it would take 2.28 months to sell all the homes on the market.
