Now that the flowers are in bloom, inventory is up, and open houses are being scheduled in earnest, we can confidently say Spring Market is here and the time is right for both sellers and buyers. While mortgage rates kept many on the sidelines at the end of 2023, a drop in rates has brought more out of the shadows.
