Looks like we made it through Winter relatively unscathed, extending this special season called Spring just a little longer … before what’s known as a Texas Summer hits. This year is just flying by – even more so for those of us in the real estate trenches. Inventory is improving and interest rates are holding steady which is great news for buyers, while homeowners are benefitting in the form of appreciation. The Texas housing market remains strong, largely due to the ongoing economic, job and population growth in our region and state.
