Let’s dive into some numbers. Right now, we have a 2.44 Months Supply of Inventory in Collin County. Over the last 12 months, we’ve seen a slight increase of 1.24% in Months Supply of Inventory.
The List to Sold Price percentage is currently at 97.4%, showing that homes in Collin County are still selling close to their asking price.
The median days on market is 51, which means that half of the homes are selling in less than 51 days. This shows that the market is still moving quickly in Collin County.
