This indicates a strong demand and a competitive market for sellers, ensuring that they are receiving fair offers for their properties.

Another important factor to consider is the Median Days on Market, which currently stands at 42 days. This means that on average, homes in Far North Dallas are selling within six weeks of being listed. This reasonably quick turnover time demonstrates the desirability of the area and the efficiency of the market.

And finally, let’s talk about the Median Sold Price, which currently stands at an impressive $695,000. This figure represents the midpoint of all the homes sold in the area, indicating a strong and thriving market. With such a robust median sold price, sellers can be confident in the value of their homes, while buyers can expect quality properties in this price range.

So, to summarize, the Far North Dallas market is looking bright and promising for sellers in January 2024. With a short supply of inventory, competitive list to sold price percentage, quick turnover time, and a solid median sold price, both buyers and sellers can find success in this dynamic market.
