This upward trend suggests a more balanced market, providing both buyers and sellers with opportunities.

Now, let’s discuss the list to sold price percentage. Currently, Uptown Dallas homes are selling at an average of 96.7% of the list price. This figure gives sellers an idea of how close they can expect their listing price to the final sale price. It’s important to strategize pricing based on this data to maximize your return on investment.

Moving on to the median days on market, we find that homes in Uptown Dallas are spending an average of 29 days on the market before being sold. This statistic gives both buyers and sellers an understanding of the pace of the market. Lastly, let’s discuss the median sold price in Uptown Dallas, which currently stands at $564,500. This figure represents the midpoint of all the sold prices in the area.
