Another interesting statistic is the median days on market, which currently stands at just 11 days. Last but certainly not least, let’s talk about the median sold price in Camelot. Currently, the median sold price is $351,750. This figure represents the midpoint of all the home prices in the area. It’s important to keep in mind that this is just a general indicator and individual homes may vary.
