It’s fall, y’all! And it’s actually starting to feel like it. Along with the typical signs of the season – cooler mornings, mums on porches, Halloween candy displays at the store – there are signs in the real estate world, too. It may not be as busy a season as spring for selling homes, but things are still moving thanks to the continued low inventory situation and high buyer demand, especially from out of state.
