For those following residential real estate activity, the level of heat, and summer in general, always makes this time of year a little more difficult to predict as people travel, pull back

on busy schedules, regroup, etc. But the numbers continue to show that – as has been the case since at least the start of 2020 – buyers with an immediate need to move are still purchasing homes, and people continue to move to Texas from other parts of the country.
