Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Frisco, TX

Hi there, everyone! Welcome back to my blog. I’m Marie Walton, a REALTOR® with Ebby Halliday, REALTORS, and I’m here today to give you the latest market update for June 2023 in the vibrant city of Frisco, Texas.

Let’s dive right into the numbers, shall we? Currently, we have a 2.39 Months Supply of Inventory. This means that if no new listings were added, it would take approximately 2.39 months to sell all the homes currently on the market. And here’s some exciting news: over the last 12 months, we’ve seen a -11.48% decrease in the Months Supply of Inventory. So, if you’re a seller, this is definitely a positive trend to keep in mind.

Now, let’s talk about the List to Sold Price percentage. This is an important factor for both buyers and sellers. Currently, we’re seeing a fantastic 99.6% List to Sold Price percentage. What does this mean? Well, it tells us that sellers, on average, are getting almost their entire asking price. Buyers, on the other hand, may need to be prepared to make competitive offers to secure their dream home in this market.

Moving on, let’s discuss the median days on market. In Frisco, homes are being sold at a rapid pace, with a median of just 19 days on the market. This means that properties are not lingering for long, so if you’re thinking of selling, now might be the perfect time to take advantage of this high demand.

Finally, let’s talk about the median sold price. As of June 2023, the median sold price in Frisco is currently $699,000. Keep in mind that this is the middle price point, so there are homes available at various price ranges to suit different budgets and preferences.

Overall, Frisco’s real estate market continues to be strong and competitive. With low inventory, high list to sold price percentages, quick turnaround times, and a variety of homes at different price points, it’s an exciting time for both buyers and sellers in our city.

That’s it for today’s market update. I hope you found this information helpful and insightful.
