Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Richardson, TX

Sales were down 17.4% in March compared to last March. The median sales price rose 26.8% to $458,700. Active listings fell by 21.4%. Months of inventory declined to 0.5 months. Buyers paid an average of 109.6% above the listing price as the shortage of properties continues to create  a buyer frenzy.
