Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – Carrollton/Farmers Branch

Same old story. sales down. prices up. inventory down.

Sales were down by 4%, Pending sales fell by 22%. Not looking good for February. The average sales price increased 26% compared to last December.  The median Sales price climbed 19%. new listings came in with a 22% drop while the number of new listings   were 78% lower. Month of inventory now stands at o.2 months!

Average Sales Price: $572,178

Median Sales Price: $481,000

Pending Sales: 123

New Listings: 110

Active Listings: 30

Months of inventory: 0.2 months
