Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for December – Richardson, TX

Buyers were snapping up Richardson homes!

Home sales shot up 19% in December. Pending sales increased 23%. Looks like a positive January! The average sales price rose 19% while the median sales price came in with a 16% rise. New listings showed a small 5% increase but with all the sales, the number of active listings fell by 56% taking the months of inventory down to 0,4 months.
