Dallas Area Residential Sale Report for November – Allen, TX

Sales down sharply as buyers simply have nothing to buy.

Home sales fell 27% as compered to last November. Pending sales were off by 12%. The average sales price jumped 34% while the median sales price climbed 32%. There was a 23% increase in the number of new listings but these were snapped up quickly leaving the active listing down 45%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.2 months.
