Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Prosper, TX

Home sales declined by 15% compared to last October. Pending sales did even worse down 28%. Not looking positive for November. The average Sales price jumped 27% while the median sales price increased by 29%. New listings dropped 1% and the active listings came in 67% lower. Months of inventory is now at 0.4 months.
