Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October

Sale Prices continue to rise as sale and inventory fall.

Home sales declined 9% compared to last October. Pending sales dropped 2%. The average sales price increased 15% while the median sale price came in 18% higher.

New listings were down 3%. Active listings were off by 23%, The months of inventory now stands at 1 month. 6 months is considered a balanced market.

Median Sales Price: $10,788

Pending Sales: 10,788

New Listings: 10,440

Active Listings: 9,753

Months of Inventory: 1 month
