Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Wylie, TX

Housing supply very low.

Home sales were off by 16%. Pending sales were even worse down 18%. The average sales price rose 21% while the median sales price climbed 19%. We did see a 7% increase in the number of new listings but that really didn’t help the supply situation. Active listing came in with a 25% when compared to last September. The months of inventory now stands at 0.6 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.

Average Sales Price: $414,314

Median Sales Price: $290,000

Pending Sales: 101

New Listings: 109

Active Listings: 64

Months Of Inventory: 0.6
