Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for August – Celina, TX
Same story as other areas. Sales down, prices up!
Home sales fell 33% in August compared to last August. Pending sales did manage to eke out a 1$ gain. The average sales price increased 30% and the median sales price climbed 32%. New listings were no help down 26%. The number of active listings came in 64% lower than last year. The months of inventory now stands at 0.8 months.
