Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for August – Wylie, TX

Wylie has one of the lowest inventory levels in North Texas

Sales were up 9% in the Wylie area in August compared to last August. Pending sales however dropped by 10%. The average sales price climbed 22% while the median sales price increased 19%. New listing fell 4%. Active listings fell by 35%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.6 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market. Not much to choose from if you are a buyer.

Median Sales Price: $392,750

Pending Sales: 123

New Listings: 115

Active Listings: 60

Months of Inventory: 0.6 Months
