Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Condos and Townhomes

Condos and townhome sales were up 9%. Pending sales increased 7%. The average sales price climbed 17% while the median sales price was up by 7%. New listings declined 7%. Active listings fell 45%. Months of inventory now stands at 1.7 months.
