Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Prosper, TX

Prices up sharply. Sales Down.

Single-Family sales fell by 34% in July compared to last July. Pending sales were off 18%. Sales Prices continued to rise climbing 31% and median sales price rose 27%. New listings increased 13% but the active listings dropped by 72%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.6 months. Not much out there for buyers to look at.
