Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Far North Dallas
Prices continue to rise!
Single Family home sales declined 16% while pending sales also fell 16%. Not looking good for July. For Reasons take a look at my Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July posted yesterday. The average sales price rose 6%. Median sales price increased 8%. New listings dropped by 2% and active listings fell by 36% compared to this time last year. The months fo inventory now stands at 1.3 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
