Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Celina, TX
Sales slowed as price rise
Home sales fell 19% and pending sales declined by 33% compare to last June. Not looking good for July sales. The average sales price rose 22% and the median sales price jumped 32% as buyers moved their purchases to more expensive homes. There was a sharp drop of 48% in the number of new listings. Active listings fell 72% taking the months fo inventory down to 0.6 months. Buyers really do not have much to choose from.
