Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Wylie, TX

Inventory very low.

home sales were only off by 1% but pending sales fell 16%. The average sales price rose 22% as did the median sales price.

New listing showed a 5% decline. Active listings dropped by 67% compared to last June. The months of inventory  now stands at  0.4 months.  This is one of the lowest in all of North Texas.

Average Sales Price: $399,040

Median sales Price: $380,000

Pending Sales: 136

New Listings: 132

Active Listings: 42

Months of Inventory: 0.4 months
