Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Plano, TX

Sales up. Prices up. Pending sales down.

Home sales rose 18% compared to last June. Pending sales fell 9%. The average sales price increased 26^ and the median sales price came in 23% higher. New Listings were flat. Active listings declined 56% taking the months of inventory down to 0.6 months. Some buyers have been priced out of the market due to price increases while others just got tired of making offers that were rejected. While the pool of buyers has declined, there are still more buyers than sellers.
