Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for May – McKinney, TX

Sales up strongly prices up too!

Home sales rose 30% in McKinney in May as compared to last May. The average sales price climbed 28% while the median sales price increased by 27%. Pending sales dropped9% as buyers are having a hard time finding that dream home. A decline of 19% in the number of new listings didn’t help. The active listings fell 75% taking the months of inventory down to 0.5 months.
