Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for May – Wylie, TX
Wylie has one of the lowest supply of available homes in the area.
Single family homes sales rose 3% as compared to last May. However, pending sales were down10%. The average sales price climbed 19% while the median sales price came in with a 127% rise. New listings increased by 22% but with all the sales the number of active listings fell 69% taking the months of inventory down to 0.4 months. That means that at the current pace of sales all of the homes now listed were be sold in 12 days.
