Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for May – Garland, TX

Sharp increase in sales price.

Garland only experienced a 3% increase in home sales compared to last May. Pending sales were down 21%. Average sales price rose 21% while the median sales price climbed 25%. New Listings came in off 4%. The number of active listings dropped 62% taking the months of inventory to 0.5 months.
