Single family home sales were up by 35% compared to last May. Pending sales rose 16%. The average sales price increased 30% while the median sales price jumped 23%. There was a small increase of 1% in the number of active listings but sales far out stripping the new listings, the active listings fell by 65%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.6 months.
