April 2020 was the first full month of the lock down so the comparisons are a bit schewed.
Buyers saw good deals available
Condo and townhome sales jumped through the roof up 125% compared to last April. Pending sales rose 10%. The average sales price climber 28% while the median sales price rose 18%. New listings increased by 17% but active listings declined by 48%. The months of inventory now stands at 1.6 months.
