Sales and prices continue to climb!

Single family home sales rose 13% in April as compared to last April. However, pending sales dropped 10%. The average sales price increased 19% while the median sales price climbed 12%. The number of new listings dropped 10%. Active listings were down by 76%. Months of inventory now stands at 0.4 months. Not much out there for buyers to choose from!
