Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Carrollton / Farmers Branch

April 2020 was the first full month of the COVID-19 lock down. Comparisons will be skewed.

No shortage of buyers!

Homes sales increased 21% compared to last April. Pending sales rose 17%. The average sales price was up by 27% while the median sales price increased 17%. New listings came in 11% higher but with all the sales active listings fell by 56% taking the months of inventory down to 0.6 months.

Median Sales Price: $368,600

Pending Sales: 171

New Listings: 191

Active Listings: 88

Months of Inventory: 0,6 months
