Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Far North Dallas

Large increases in sales and pending sales

April 2020 was the first full month of shutdowns due to the COVID virus so the comparisons are shewed.

Home sales jumped 38% as compared to last April. Pending sales rose 296%! The average sales price climbed 18% while the median sales price was up 15%. We saw a 81% increase in the number of new listings, but with all the sales, the active listings could not keep up and were down 60%. The months of inventory is at 0.8 months.

Active Listings: 82
