Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Carrollton/Farmers Branch

Sales remained strong in March

Single family home sales were up 14% compared to last March. Pending sales rose 19%. The average sales price climbed 13% while the median sales price increased by 6%. New listings were only down 2% but with all the sales active listings declined by 71%. The months of inventory is now at 0.4 months.
