Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Celina, TX

Celina buck the trend

Home sales wee flat in the Celina area in February. Pending sales rose 18%. The average Sales price increased by 9% while the median sales price came in 18% higher. unfortunately this trend did not extend to new listings which dropped 33% leaving us 83% lower in the active listings category than last February. Months of inventory now stands at 0.6 months.
