Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – McKinney, TX
Sales down sharply. Price up Sharply!
Home sales fell 35% while pending sales were also off by 35%. Hard to say how much was due to the weather and to the shortage of proprieties. The average sales price came in 21% higher than last February. Median sales price increased 13%. New listings declined 45% while the active listings dropped 79 taking the months of inventory done to 0.4 months.
