Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Wylie, TX
Sales down prices up sharply!
It’s hard to tell hw much the weather or buyers just couldn’t find a home to by due to the shortage of supply that caused the 39% decline in home sales or the 27% decline in pending sales. The average sales price rose 15% while the medina sales price increased 9%. New listings came in with a 36% decline. Active listings fell 87% taking the months of inventory down to 0.2 months. I don’t know how the inventory could get much lower buy then again I have never seen it this low in all my years selling homes.
