Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Richardson, TX

Sales down, inventory down, prices up!

The weather and shortage of homes for sale took a toll on the February Sales numbers. Sales fell 6% and pending sales were off by 31%. that’s not shaping up for a good number on March. The average sales price climbed 28% while the median sales price rose 15%. New listing offered no help for the future down 53% as compare to last February. The number of active listings dropped 67% taking the months of inventory doen to 0.5 months.
