Large jump in prices!

Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – Celina, TX

Sales rose 2% in The Celina area as compared to last January. Pending sales took a 19% hit to the downside. The average sales price increased 28% while the median sales price climber 31% as buyers moved up in the price ranges to find that dream home. New listing fell 36%. Active listings were down 80% and the months of inventory fell to 0.5 months! Not much out there for buyers to look at.
