Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – Prosper, TX

Home sales were off by 9% but pending sales rose 11%. The average sales price increased 7% as did the median sales price. New listing declined by 21% while the active listings dropped by 83% taking the months of inventory down to 0.5 months. If you are a buyer, you have very little to choose from and very heavy competition.
