Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – Far North Dallas
Home buyers were hot after Far North Dallas homes in February with sales rising 47%. Pending sales came in with a 16% increase as compared to last January. The average sales price climber 9% while the median sales price rose 2%. New listings fell 2%. Active listings declined 60% taking the months of inventory down to 0.8 months.
