Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for December – Frisco, TX

Home sales fell 4% in  and pending sales declined 26% as buyers found it difficult to find that dream home due to extremely low inventory. The average sales price rose 13%. The median sales price climbed 11%. New listings dropped by 21%. Active listings took a 78% dive taking the months of inventory down to 0.4 months. Buyers can expect heavy competition when making an offer.
