Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for December – McKinney, TX
The very low inventory is starting to effect sales. Home sales fell 4% in December as compared to last year while pending sales were off by 26%. Looks like January will not be a positive month for sales. The average sales price rose 10%. Median sales price increased 13% as buyers had to move up in the price ranges to find that dream home. New listings declined 22% an down to 0.4 months.d active listings fell 78% taking the months of inventory down to 0.4 months.
