Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for December – Allen TX
Home sales were up 11% in December. However pending sales fell by 10% as buyers have a hard time dealing with the extremely low supply
The average sales price rose 10% and the median sales price climbed 11%. New listings had a 14% rise but this was not enough to offset the sales so the number of active listings declined by 79% taking the months of inventory down to 0.3 months.
