Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for December – Wylie, TX
Home sales were up 13% in the Wylie area in December. Pending sales rose 21%. The average sales price came in with a rise of 9% as did the medina sales price. The number of new listings fell 15%. Active listings declined 83% taking the months of inventory down to an unbelievable 0.3 months. There is just nothing to buy in Wylie.
