Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November – Rentals

The number of units rented declined in November by 16% and pending units fell 9%. The average rental price dropped 2% but the median rental price rose 3%. New listings were 17% lower. Active listings fell 38%.

Pending Rentals: 1,503

New Listings: 3,163

Active Listings: 3,991

Average Days on Market: 34
