Inventories are at very low levels

Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Celina TX

Sellers sure are not complaining about a 42% increase in home sales in October as compared to last October. Pending sales did even better rising 51%. The average sales price rose 9% while the median sales price increased 2%. Not good news for buyers was the 40% drop in new listings and the 65% decline in the number of new listings. The months of inventory now stands at 1.4 months.
