Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November -Prosper, TX
Home Sales were 27% higher than last November. Pending sales rose 7%. Average Sales Prices increased by 18% while the median sales price came in 14% rise. Most of the price increases are due to buyers purchasing higher price homes. New listings declined 11%. Active listings fell a whopping 74% taking the months of inventory down to 0.8 months. Supply is becoming critical and buyers are having a hard time finding that dream home and when they do, they face stiff competition from other buyers.
