Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November – Frisco, TX

Home Sales were up a strong 39% in November. Pending sales saw a 2% rise. The average sales price increased 14% and the median sales price climber 8%. Part of this increase is due to buyers moving into higher price ranges. The real problem going forward will be the shortage of homes for sale. New listings declined 33% and active listings fell by 77% compared to last November.  The months of inventory now stands at 0.5 months Buyers will have a difficult time finding that dream homes and when they do, they will have stiff competition from other buyers.

Average Sales Price: $500,552

Median Sales Price: $425,000

Pending Sales: 279

New Listings: 190

Active Listings: 182

Months of Inventory: 0.5
