Home sales rose 42% compared to last November. Pending sales fell 2% as inventory could not keep up with demand. Average sales price increased 14% while the median sales price climber 16%.New listings dropped 14%. With all the sales and the decline in new listings, the active listing fell 73% taking the months of inventory to 0.5 months. Very hard on buyers.
